POOL ACCIDENTS etc 2007

The purpose of this page is to draw awareness to the many ways children have of finding their way into water and getting injured or in some cases drowning. Children are very resourceful even at a young age when it comes to getting around the barriors we create trying to keep them safe. At Just Pool Alarms we've heard just about every possible way that a child breached security measures and found their way into the pool. We cannot stress to our customers enough about the importance of creating as many layers of protection as possible between your child and the pool. Safety fencing, alarms on all doors and windows and pool alarms are just some of the safety measures you can take. Even with a safety fence in place you should still have a pool alarm as a backup.
We know reading about a child drowing is extremely depressing, but if there is one thing you can take away from all of this please pay attention to the ways in which some of these children got into the pool in the first place. You will see why you should always have a pool alarm in place and one of the reason's why Just Pool Alarms was created. Since there are more then just swimming pool accidents we will add articles about all types of water related incidents. This page will be updated on a regular basis.
